| June Lake California, is located
in the heart of the Sierra Nevada mountain range, in a horseshoe shaped
canyon on its eastern escarpment.
Year-round access is via U.S. Highway 395, between the major metropolitan areas of Reno, Nevada and Los Angeles. Access over Tioga Pass, State Route 120-W is closed during the winter. The nearest wintertime access from the west side is State Route 88, Carson Pass. |
